Our Role: Transforming a corporate space at IBM HQ into a distinguished and welcoming environment worthy of the occasion

The Execution: Developed a full design concept, assembled a team of top-tier vendors, and managed end-to-end execution to bring the vision to life

The Impact: A memorable, elevated experience for honorees and senior IBM executives — praised for its seamless execution and refined atmosphere

BLACK STARS SUMMIT & AWARDS EXPERIENCE

The Challenge: Managing a high-volume, multi-day transition between a fast-paced Career Expo and a prestigious, high-profile Awards Gala.

 

Our Role: Leads for Guest Operations and VIP Relations, overseeing registration, guest-facing teams, and specialized hospitality for Honorees.

 

The Execution: Streamlined registration for 1,100+ total guests and provided white-glove support for 25+ VIPs across two distinct event formats.

 

The Impact: A seamless experience for 600+ Summit attendees and 500+ Gala guests, allowing organizers to focus entirely on their stakeholders.

8TH ANNUAL SISTAS IN SALES GALA & SUMMIT

Multi-day events are massive productions that require expert logistical support, allowing organizers to stay focused on their core priorities: stakeholders, speakers, and the attendee experience.

 

The Challenge: Supporting a high-growth, multi-day summit where organizers needed to be “front of house” with VIPs and speakers.

Our Role: Event Leads for the Gala and Networking Mixer.

The Execution: We managed the heavy lifting—load-in, decor, and breakdown—including an overnight room-flip to transition the space for summit panels.

 

The Impact: A seamless experience for over 600 attendees, allowing for meaningful networking and recruiter connections without a single logistical hitch.

PATHWAYS TO GRADUATION EVENT (NYC DOE VENDOR)

The Challenge: Overseeing the logistical details of a 2-in-1 day event – Awards Ceremony & Reception for Pathways to Graduation school administrators.

Our Role: As a NYC DOE approved vendor, we planned and managed setup, decor and event management for about 300 students and faculty at the Bronx school location.

The Execution: Secure all rentals, align on decor elements, and oversee event setup and breakdown end-to-end.

The Impact: School administrators were able to focus on other administrative priorities, and enjoy a seamless event with their students.
