Monthly planner and client virtual planning sessions to go over all the things from the big decisions to small details, and the in between

VENDOR SOURCING

Source and recommend vendors (media, entertainment, hair and makeup, florist, decorator, transportation, and more!) that are professional, deliver quality services and within your shared budget

ACCOMODATIONS

Assist in sourcing and booking hotel room blocks for guests and couple

VENDOR MEETINGS

In-person planning sessions which can be used for key vendor meetings, design demos etc. as needed throughout the planning process

EVENT DESIGN & THEME

Review event theme and design; providing recommendations and guidance as needed to ensure creative consistency throughout all aspects of the wedding

COMMUNICATION

Unlimited communication access during working hours via email and phone to discuss ongoing wedding planning projects

What’s included in Partial Wedding Planning?

Essentially, you have done some planning like booking your venue and 2 – 3 vendors. We step in to co-pilot with you the rest of the way in the planning journey. Booking the remaining vendors*, managing communications with all vendors and coordinating logistics for seamless execution on wedding day.

REHEARSAL COORDINATION

Lead the coordination of the wedding rehearsal in partnership with the officiant (if available). Providing guidance and direction to the couple, bridal party and any key players in the ceremony.

ON-SITE WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

Full wedding day management and coordination by the Events by Mayven team from bridal prep to last song, and vendor breakdown. Serving as the main point of contact at each location, supporting vendors with load-in/setup, guiding bridal party and family members throughout the course of the day.

MULTI-EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION

Additional support for couples who have multi-day weddings or need planning and coordination assistance for other events related to the wedding such as engagement party, pre-wedding/rehearsal dinner, post-wedding day brunch, and so on. We handle planning and coordination assistance as required.
