PRE–WEDDING PLANNING SESSION

Multiple virtual pre-wedding planning sessions in the final months leading up to wedding day during which we finalize all the details, and get approvals on key decisions.

CONTRACT REVIEWS

Review vendor contracts in detail to ensure that all wedding day deliverables are accurately captured with no issues within the outlined terms and contracts.

MASTER TIMELINE CREATION

Create a detailed wedding day timeline that accounts for all aspects of wedding day – bridal prep, pre-ceremony portraits, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception as well as vendor load-in and breakdown post wedding

MANAGE VENDOR COORDINATION

Oversee vendor coordination and communication the final months leading to wedding day to ensure alignment on contracted deliverables and the wedding day execution plan aka The Timeline

VENUE WALKTHROUGH

Conduct an in-depth walk-through of the wedding locations from end to end to ensure the full day experience from vendor load-in, guest arrivals through to load-out are seamless, and all logistics fully understood

REHEARSAL COORDINATION

Lead the coordination of the wedding rehearsal in partnership with the officiant (if available). Providing guidance and direction to the couple, bridal party and any key players in the ceremony

Do I Need Wedding Day Coordination?

Yes! Think of my team and I as the central control tower for your wedding day; giving directions to every pilot on where and when to land their plane. We work collaboratively with your venue and vendors, respectfully guiding family and friends through the order of events, and directing you and your bridal party from bridal prep through to the last song.

BRIDAL PREP COORDINATION

Monitor timeline management for hair and make-up services for the bride and bridal party to avoid delays. Assist with getting getting ready and logistics.

TRANSPORTATION

Coordinate with transportation company to ensure timely arrival and departure from bridal prep location to ceremony and/or reception location.

MEDIA TEAM ASSISTANCE

Support the photography and videography crews in moving efficiently through the day i.e. laying out personal items to be captured at bridal prep, coordinating bridal party and key family members for photos, etc

VENDOR & SETUP MANAGEMENT

Oversee setup for both ceremony and reception locations; providing guidance to vendors as main point of contact, problem-solving any glitches that might impact deliverables or the timeline

EMERGENCY KIT

Availability of a curated emergency kit with essential items such as sewing kit, lint roller, safety pins, mint and more! We hope to not need these items, but are glad to have you covered!

GUEST MANAGEMENT

Delivering an elevated guest experience from start to finish. Welcoming guests, providing directions to ceremony, assist in identifing designated seating for reception, answering any questions or problem solving throughout the day
