PLANNING SESSIONS

Monthly planner and client virtual planning sessions to go over all the things from the big decisions to small details, and the in between

VENDOR MEETINGS

In-person planning sessions which can be used for key vendor meetings, design demos etc. as needed throughout the planning process

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Provide customized budget tracking and management to to help keep wedding planning organized

COMMUNICATION

Unlimited communication access during working hours via email and phone to discuss ongoing wedding planning projects

EVENT CONCEPT & DESIGN

Develop event concept and design a visual mood board for all aspects of the wedding incorporating varying elements based on your preferences i.e. colors, style, florals, cultural preferences, personalization etc.

STATIONERY

Assist with ordering and managing wedding stationery and customization; access to exclusive planner discount for Minted.com

ACCOMODATIONS & EXPERIENCES

Manage source and booking of hotel room blocks for guests along with curating post wedding experiences for out-of-town guests

WEDDING FAVORS MANAGEMENT

Assembly and distribution of favors pre-wedding day as welcome gift at hotel and/or at wedding reception

REHEARSAL COORDINATION

Lead the coordination of the wedding rehearsal in partnership with the officiant (if available). Providing guidance and direction to the couple, bridal party and any key players in the ceremony.

ON-SITE WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

Full wedding day management and coordination by the Events by Mayven team from bridal prep to last song, and vendor breakdown. Serving as the main point of contact at each location, supporting vendors with load-in/setup, guiding bridal party and family members throughout the course of the day.

MULTI-EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION

Additional support for couples who have multi-day weddings or need planning and coordination assistance for other events related to the wedding such as engagement party, pre-wedding/rehearsal dinner, post-wedding day brunch, and so on. We handle planning and coordination assistance as required.
