Yvonne is a GEM. She was our wedding coordinator for our May 24th wedding on the start of the Memorial Day weekend. From the time we met, she was very professional, funny and consultative. Yvonne was the Day of Coordinator for our wedding in December 2017. I hired Yvonne days before the wedding because, like many brides, I thought I did not need one. Thankfully, I was proven wrong. Yvonne and her team made sure no detail was missed and ensured we thoroughly enjoyed our day. We planned for 200 guests, but 275 showed up. Yvonne was our wedding planner for our wedding in late September and she was an absolute pleasure to work with.

From our first meeting she was the calm to my type A personality, she constantly assured me that everything was going to be ok on the big day. She heard all my and my husbands requests and gave amazing alternate options for things she knew wouldn’t work and everything she knew would work, she made happen.
She worked through countless timeline revisions and even a last minute one that she handled so gracefully. She picked up every one of my calls and listened to me, through tears sometimes, as the stress built up always listening and providing calming guidance.

We had quite an international wedding and Yvonne and her team coordinated everyone amazingly!! Additionally, the other vendors where thrilled to work with someone who was so generous and respectful. On the wedding day, Yvonne and her team were there every step of the way! Dealing with difficult family members, which I am forever grateful for, making sure everything went off without a hitch, and ensuring my husband and I had the best time . She did all this with a smile on her face and a professional manner. The best part was that she had my phone for most of the reception and when I looked through it the next day I had these amazing candid photos and videos that I cherish so so much!

I worked with Yvonne recently as another vendor for a wedding we were both working and let me just tell you sometimes as a hair/makeup artist it can be very tiresome working with a wedding planner as sometimes there expectations on timelines are unreasonable.
